3pm Sunday - Utah Time
10pm Sunday - London Time
11pm Sunday - Rome Time
7am Monday - Melbourne (Aus) Time (times have been adjusted for changes in daylight saving)

Acceptance of late entries will be left to the discretion of the host and may be passed onto the following weeks host.

Thanks Kalyn but I must give you credit for the idea. I really enjoyed the first holiday herb blogging a couple of years back and thought it would be good to revisit.
