Black and White Wednesday #15

As always B&W Wednesday is hosted by Susan from The Well-Seasoned Cook who this week is also hosting Weekend Herb Blogging.

The photo this week is taken around one of Bologna's Medieval market streets - Via Pescheria Vecchie and is fairly self explanatory.

  5. In Emilia Romagna they are famous because they eat
    all of the pig.
Did you try i Ciccioli? :-)
It is a kind of "chips" made of pig grease.
I know, I know it sound terrible, but it is so good!!
Obviously it is not healthy, but a few Ciccioli together with a glass of red Lambrusco...
    mmmmmmm
