Redux: Rhubarb and Lemon Curd Tart

The weekend's Red Navel Orange Curd has got me thinking of curdish delights and one of the best uses of curd I've found was in this Rhubarb and Lemon Curd Tart

The orange curd should work quite nicely so a revisit of this tart is on the cards once I feel better.

Redux: Pistachio Pomegranate and Orange Biscotti

It's going to be a little longer before I'll fully back in the kitchen and rather than have another week of virtual silence I thought I'd actually take advantage of the rather large archive and re-introduce some of my most favourite dishes.

Since I need to relax, I find nothing more soothing than settling back with a good coffee and good biscotti and these versions, flavoured with pistachio, dried pomegranate seeds and glace orange are a perfect fit.

Banana Hazelnut and Caramel Bread

Everyone loves a good banana bread and they seem to enjoy eating it, drizzled with a little honey. This got me thinking about actually incorporating something sweet and sticky inside the bread itself - something like that Cajeta. It didn't take long for thought to soon turn into something tangible.
